In this workshop you will get off to a great start of sewing on your own.  The first week we will learn how to prepare your fabric and sew straight seams as we make a drawstring backpack.  The second week we will use a very simple pattern to make PJ shorts.  The Last week we will finish up whatever we haven't gotten to and design a vinyl t-shirt to match our PJ shorts.  Cost of the workshop includes all instruction and a $10 credit towards your t-shirt of choice for the last day.  After you register, instructions will be sent about how to buy and prepare your fabric and pattern for the first day of class.   We have 2 machines that can be used at the store, but it is preferred that you bring your own so we can help you learn to use it and you will feel comfortable tackling other sewing projects at home when we are finished!
