Party for the planet with BLU, Shedd Aquarium Auxiliary Board's signature summer event. Dance the night away in our green garden, sample local dishes from Chicago's trendiest restaurants and meet "celebrity" guests (some of the 32,000 animals who model sustainable living). Schedule: 7 P.M. - Cocktail hour 8 P.M. - A feature presentation 8:30 P.M. - Sips and samples among the animals 10 P.M. - The lakeside dance floor opens 10:30 P.M. - Navy Pier fireworks display MIDNIGHT - The party concludes Shuttle service available at the bus turnaround beginning at 10:30 p.m. Cocktail attire preferred. Guests must be 21 or older; IDs will be checked at the door.
